Hello, you're looking at a vintage pair of silver-tone cufflinks with stripes and scrolls that are similar to a flag-like design. They measure just under 1 inch across. I am unsure of the metal used, since they are not signed or hallmarked on the back. Condition-wise, there is minor discoloration on the backs and some scratching/scuffing on the fronts.
