A traditional vegetable from Niigata, the white eggplant.
Its thick flesh and mild flavor make it excellent for stir-fries, simmered dishes, and deep-frying.
When cooked, it absorbs flavors well and develops a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Sowing Period: February - March (open field cultivation)
Transplanting: May (average temperature 17°C)
Plant Spacing: Approximately 50 cm
Optimal Germination Temperature: 25-30°C
Optimal Growing Temperature: 20-30°C
Harvest Size: 8-10 cm

*Transplanting is done approximately 50-55 days after sowing.
