These are white eggplant seedlings, carefully grown without any pesticides in a clean environment. As they are pesticide-free, there may be some insect damage.
They are still small seedlings, but new leaves will emerge and they will grow.
If you are concerned, we recommend transplanting them into pots and letting them grow a little larger before planting them in the ground.

Even when fully grown, they can be eaten with the skin on, offering a fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
In our home, we enjoy them grilled with sweet miso paste, drizzled with ginger soy sauce, or simmered.
Eggplants grown yourself are the safest, most secure, and freshest option. Why not try growing them yourself?
