I found it while cleaning out my warehouse.
It appears to be a discontinued item. After looking into it...
The Robertshaw EB series features a double-pole switch mechanism that simultaneously opens and closes two circuits, making it ideal for controlling three-phase heaters.
A dedicated case is available separately for the EB series.

Is it used for temperature control in vinyl greenhouses? Or commercial kitchen equipment?
If anyone needs this, I'm offering it at a low price (the list price seems to be quite high; the successor model, D1/D18-L, costs 40,000 yen).
