Description
This season, Japanese anchovy (shirasu) prices are low.
Therefore, why don't we think of a way to catch more?

Fish that are attracted to the light of a fishing lamp
gather obediently in the illuminated area.
Small fish gather in the bright central area.
Slightly larger fish and cuttlefish
prey on the small fish gathered in the center,
and hunt for bait fish from the shadows of the illuminated outer area.

Many people think that if you turn on a light, shirasu will come.
Of course, they will gather.
If it's an LED of the same wattage,
the total light output is considered to be the same,
so the total amount of shirasu that gathers is also considered to be the same.

How the light is shone underwater
greatly changes the position and depth at which the shirasu are attracted.
The most commonly used bulb type
has the LED chip facing directly downwards,
and the horizontal direction is reflected by frosted white glass.
In this case, the main light axis is directly downwards.
Since the most shirasu gather directly below the bulb (on the seabed),
deep areas are completely invisible and of course cannot be scooped up.

Some LEDs are a cylindrical type with small LED chips arranged 360 degrees.
They illuminate at a 60-degree angle towards the seabed, like a skirt around the entire circumference.
This also scatters light in wasteful directions, attracting fish by saying come wherever you like.
Naturally, the shirasu get bored and swim away without even noticing the light.

This LED is designed to
forcibly gather fish only within the depth visible to the catcher
and within scooping depth.
The method of submerging the LED board in seawater so that it is tilted upwards
uses the LED's irradiation angle (60 degrees downwards, 60 degrees upwards),
creating a carpet-like illumination from the water surface to the submerged depth and horizontally.
At 60cm, everything is visible and can be scooped up.
At 1 meter, it can be seen, but it becomes difficult to scoop.

The biggest point is that
by illuminating from the front bottom towards the back top,
all the glare from the choppy waves and bubbles on the water surface is reflected downwards on the far side.
Only the light that has passed through the rough waves and bubbles
reaches the catcher.

Energy-saving 12v 50w, operating current 2A / hour
Green LED
5m cord
The battery clips are new and rust-resistant.

Since the structure forcibly gathers the fish in an area visible to the catcher at a scooping depth,
it will create a significant difference in catch volume compared to other LEDs
when used on the same day and in the same location.
