YAZAWA voltage converter from 100V to 220V-240V, maximum output 100W, compatible with 50/60Hz.

Purchased in May 2020 and used for about 5 years.
It was used to operate a Stadler Form (Swiss-made) fan in Japan, but it is no longer needed, so I am selling it.
Operation has been confirmed, but if it does not work properly, please contact me before leaving a review (as I will not be able to contact you afterwards).
